“My divorce is over; why does it still feel like I’m at war?”
Divorce is destructive. Messy. Ugly.
But the real damage isn’t what it takes from you.
It’s what it leaves behind.
Even after the papers are signed, the war rages on — in your mind, your body, your nervous system.
The courtroom might be quiet, but your head isn’t.
- If your ex still knows how to twist the knife…
- If she still lives rent-free in your mind…
- If you keep fantasizing about getting even — or getting numb…
- If you’ve lost the thread of who you are…
- If life feels like it’s happening to you instead of being led by you…
Then this workshop is for you

In this 60-minute workshop, you’ll learn:
- Why your divorce is over, but the war isn’t — and how to finally end it
- How to intentionally turn your divorce into your greatest strength
- How to put meaning behind the pain
- A proven process I use to take the ‘heat’ out of an argument
What You’ll Walk Away With:
- A clear understanding of where you are in the recovery process
- A felt sense of what peace actually feels like
- A path forward, grounded in integrity and internal strength
- Practical tools to reclaim your time, your energy, and your identity
This isn’t just about getting past your ex.
It’s about becoming a man who no longer needs the war to feel alive.

Having walked the walk himself, Jeff intimately understands the tortuous journey of divorce.
His extensive experience shines through as he compassionately guides others through their own upheavals. What sets Jeff apart is his ability to not only empathize but to empower. He doesn’t just offer sympathy; he equips his clients with tools and techniques to harness their pain and transform it into personal power.
Working with Jeff is not just a decision; it’s an investment in one’s own growth and resilience. If you’re considering taking that step, hesitate no more; Jeff is the guide you’ve been searching for.
Jeff’s teachings led to a profound shift in my outlook. I went from focusing on what I didn’t have to deeply appreciating all the goodness already present in my life
Before I started working with Jeff, my life was quite hectic and unstructured. It felt like I was juggling too many balls, with an excessive workload that seemed unending. This stress was increased by easily sidetracked by social media, which often served as a significant distraction rather than a relaxation tool.
My biggest fear is wasting away my life and not able to achieve what I am capable of.
Lastly, understanding how been in touch with nature can be tremendously empowering. The fact that when I walk into the woods, the breath of fresh air, the birds chipping is extremely relaxing. It put myself back into center, able to think clearly for the next move, and ideas come to my mind more frequently.
The transformation didn’t come instantly. It is built by small insights that you helped me discover along the way. I feel way more in tune with myself and the world around me.

I’m Jeff, and I help divorced fathers create a post-divorce life they — and their kids — can be proud of.
Over 10 years ago, I went through a miserable divorce. I lost everything, fought in court, spent a fortune, and had an acrimonious relationship with my ex.
I didn’t want to end up an angry and bitter man who constantly complains about his divorce. If my divorce was going to define me, I wanted that definition to be positive. And so I started a journey of self-improvement — not just for myself — but also for my kids.
Over time I realized it wasn’t me versus my ex, or the courts. Rather it was me versus myself.
Today I live an exciting life, full of love, authenticity, wisdom, and adventure.
Now, I’m here to help fathers build their own amazing post-divorce life.
