What my clients have said
Jeff is not just a divorce coach for men; he’s a beacon of resilience and transformation.
Having walked the walk himself, Jeff intimately understands the tortuous journey of divorce.
His extensive experience shines through as he compassionately guides others through their own upheavals. What sets Jeff apart is his ability to not only empathize but to empower. He doesn’t just offer sympathy; he equips his clients with tools and techniques to harness their pain and transform it into personal power.
Working with Jeff is not just a decision; it’s an investment in one’s own growth and resilience. If you’re considering taking that step, hesitate no more; Jeff is the guide you’ve been searching for.
Jeff’s teachings led to a profound shift in my outlook. I went from focusing on what I didn’t have to deeply appreciating all the goodness already present in my life
Before I started working with Jeff, my life was quite hectic and unstructured. It felt like I was juggling too many balls, with an excessive workload that seemed unending. This stress was increased by easily sidetracked by social media, which often served as a significant distraction rather than a relaxation tool.
My biggest fear is wasting away my life and not able to achieve what I am capable of.
Lastly, understanding how been in touch with nature can be tremendously empowering. The fact that when I walk into the woods, the breath of fresh air, the birds chipping is extremely relaxing. It put myself back into center, able to think clearly for the next move, and ideas come to my mind more frequently.
The transformation didn’t come instantly. It is built by small insights that you helped me discover along the way. I feel way more in tune with myself and the world around me.

I’m Jeff, and I help divorced fathers create a post-divorce life they — and their kids — can be proud of.
Over 10 years ago, I went through a miserable divorce. I lost everything, fought in court, spent a fortune, and had an acrimonious relationship with my ex.
I didn’t want to end up an angry and bitter man who constantly complains about his divorce. If my divorce was going to define me, I wanted that definition to be positive. And so I started a journey of self-improvement — not just for myself — but also for my kids.
Over time I realized it wasn’t me versus my ex, or the courts. Rather it was me versus myself.
Today I live an exciting life, full of love, authenticity, wisdom, and adventure.
Now, I’m here to help fathers build their own amazing post-divorce life.
